Xiaolong Baozi—小籠包子
小時候早餐永遠是吃阿娘準備的,不是白飯配昨晚的剩菜、就是稀飯加荷包蛋搭醬菜。二十多年前、有一陣子父母有要事要辦,A-Mao家三兄妹就托付林茂盛叔叔來照顧。冷酷又帥氣的林叔叔龜毛講究、挑剔成性、懂吃愛吃,就是不會煮吃。早上他會帶我們去「浙江餛飩大王」嗑小籠包子,還幫忙調配兩三種不同口味的沾料,殷殷垂問三個小毛頭,那一種比較有味好吃?跟著他的那一小段日子,真是A-Mao美食味蕾啟動的時光啊!經過多年,這家老店的小籠包子還是沒啥改變。內餡是鹹香的豬絞肉拌蔥碎;厚實的是麵皮有著嚼勁與麥香,滑潤的是部份有空隙的肌理被油脂浸濡。不需要任何調味,A-Mao也能快意完食一籠小籠包子(八箇50台鋃)。行文至此,發現有趣的是,A-Mao竟從來沒嗑過他們家的招牌餛飩吔。

Agora Daqu in Taiwan—金獎大麯
Agora is a new baijiu enterprise in Taiwan and really good at marketing. One day A-Mao, a guy enjoys beer, wine & sake mainly, found this small, cute bottle of Daqu which is one kind of sorghum spirit. It is so economical that 100ml containing 58% alcohol costs 50 NTD only. After being uncapped, the aroma is like ripe apples. Sip by sip, the taste is soft and smooth. A brand-new nice experience! And, A-Mao went to bed.....
