Ultracker’s annual company travel in 2009 is in Malaysia. The most delicious thing A-Mao thought is halfbeak by net dragging (Chinese: 牽罟). In Japan, halfbeak is usually made into sashimi, nigiri or tenpura, whereas this one is fried with bone directly. It is a pity not to enjoy raw, crispy fish.
